Amaechi in fiery message to Obanikoro, suggests he spews rubbish

The Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi, has categorically emphasized that he has no plans of accepting the electoral victory of the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Rivers state, Nyesom Wike, stressing that the election was more or less daylight robbery.

Governor Amaechi’s response was in reaction to the call by the Minister of State II for Foreign Affairs, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro, on Monday, that Amaechi and All Progressives Congress, APC, members in Rivers State should concede defeat and congratulate the winner in the interest of the State.

As Obanikoro’s message and call was pushed through his official twitter handle, Amaechi also took to twitter on Tuesday evening to reply him.

In Lagos State, despite the wide spread violence during the polls, which appeared to be plots to manipulate the election to return the APC candidate Akinwunmi Ambode, the PDP candidate Jimi Agbaje called to concede defeat, that peace could reign.
