#BBOG to continue till Chibok girls return alive

#BringBackOurGirls activists, have reiterated their commitment to the cause of calling for the release of over 200 girls abducted from their school in Chibok in Borno State, on April 14, 2014.

The group which has met at the Unity Fountain every other day since it started its protests April 30, 2014, has indeed forced the attention of the world towards the plight of the helpless girls who remain in captivity.

The activists took to twitter, Friday, to reminisce on the journey so far, below are the top tweets drawn.

Hopes had been high that the new administration would go the distance, to bring the girls home, and bring some closure to the nation, on an issue that has brought citizens together, across ethnic and religious lines, in a battle against the insurgents, and what was perceived as government insensitivity from the previous administration.

However, more people are coming to terms with the fact that any hope of rescuing all the girls intact, may have evaporated after recent statements by President Muhammadu Buhari.
