Major Revival Set To Break Out In Niger State As Over 120,000 Christian Faithfuls, Host Pastor W. F. Kumuyi

Over 120,000 Christian faithfuls, are set to host the General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor William Folorunsho Kumuyi, at Suleja, the commercial nerve centre of Niger State.

This disclosure was made by the Niger State Deeper Life Overseer, Pastor Toyin Araromi, during a Press briefing, held on Sunday, July 2, at Mac Hotel,  Suleja.

According to the Pastor, the crusade which has been tagged: “Night of Unforgettable Encounter With The God of Wonders”, has been slated to hold on Thursday, July 6, 2017, at the Nigerian Red Cross open field, opposite the Kwamba Primary School, along Minna road, by 5p.m.

He added that the participants would be drawn from from Suleja, Tafa, Gurara Local Government, its environs and beyond.

The Pastor recalled, that Pastor W. F Kumuyi, had previously visited Suleja, in 2009, for a city wide crusade that attracted mammoth crowd.

His words: “It may interest you to know that Pastor Kumuyi was last in Suleja for a city-wide crusade in 2009, during which God touched so many people’s lives, through his anointed preaching and ministration.

“The then total participants were about 130,000, with a sum total of 4442 sinners surrendering there lives to Christ.

The Pastor who was accompanied by the Suleja Region Overseer, Pastor Nimibofa Samuel Victor, disclosed that striking testimonies were recorded during the 2009 crusade, such as the healing of the blind, the walking of the lame, chronic diseases, disappeared, among other notable miracles.

Speaking further he said: “Again, he (Kumuyi) is returning to Suleja for a greater impact on lives of people and Ministry of other Ministers in the vineyard of the Lord.

“This crusade would be part of the Church’s contributions to meeting the needs of Nigerians, especially at this period of economic recession. We are all aware of the present agitation for fragmentation as well as security threats to lives and properties in the country.

“I want to say that government alone cannot solve these multifarious problems, hence the need for a “Night of Unforgettable Encounter with the God of Wonders.”

He further assured Nigerians to look up to God, despite the nagging challenges confronting them, because God is the final solution.

On security, the state overseer said: “We are all conversant with security the situation in the country, but participants have nothing to fear, as the Church has put in place plans to ensure tight security at the crusade.

“We are putting in place a minimum of 40 armed Military men and Officers; 150 Policemen; 40 men of the Federal Road Safety Corps; beside men of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps.

The Overseer called on all the prospective crusade participants, to come with great expectation to receive from God.

“Miracles and wonders take place usually, whenever there is absolute faith in God and obedience to His word.

“We implore all participants to come with great expectations for salvation, healing, and deliverance from all challenges of life.”

On transportation arrangement, the Suleja Regional Pastor, N. S. Victor, said that adequate transport arrangement has been made to convey participants from strategic position to the venue of the programme.

Also, present in the Press briefing, was the wife of the Niger State Overseer, Sister Rebecca Araromi, among others.
