Top Party Chieftain ‘Embarrasses’ Governor Nyesom Wike, Quickly Withdraws From  PDP Chairmanship Race, At Zero Hour

Emerging report indicates that a party Chieftain, Bode George, has withdrawn from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chairmanship race, at the last minute.

The National Convention is slated to hold today, December 9, 2017.

The former Deputy National Chairman of the PDP, announced his withdrawal from the race at a Press Conference, in Abuja.

He embarrassed the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, accusing him of insulting the South-West, by saying that the region had not achieved much for the PDP.

Wike is supporting another candidate, Uche Secondus, for the Chairmanship of the party.
