JUST IN: LOOTERS’ LIST!!! No Hiding Place As Lai Mohammed Receives Another Heartbreaking Letter In His Office, Content Revealed

The Founder of Daar Communications PLC, Raymond Dokpesi, has protested the inclusion of his name among the Federal Government’s recently released “list of looters”.

This came barely a few hours after the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Uche Secondus, filed a N1.5 billion suit against the Information Minister, Lai Mohammed, for including his name in the controversial looters’ list.

In a letter addressed to Lai Mohammed by his Lawyer, Mike Ozekhome, Dokpesi said the publication by the Minister is defamatory.

Post-Nigeria recalls that Dokpesi is currently facing allegations of receiving the sum of N2.1 billion, in several tranches from the former National Security Adviser, NSA, in 2015, before a Federal High Court, in Abuja.

Ozekhome in the letter disclosed that the publication has damaged his client’s “hard-earned reputation”, leading to his suffering ridicule, psychological trauma, and business losses.

“Take note that unless you carry out the above minimal demands immediately to redress the incalculable damage done to our client’s hard-earned image and reputation, consequent upon your defamatory and mendacious publication, we shall without any further communication from us, commence legal action against you to redress your unrestrained and unwarranted assault against our client’s hard-earned image and reputation”, Ozekhome said in the letter.

He further stated that he will file a N5 billion suit against Lai Mohammed, if the apology is not tendered.
