President Buhari Media Centre Smells Defeat, Pushes For The Immediate Postponement Of 2019 General Elections

Emerging report shows that President Muhammadu Buhari Media Centre, BMC, is technically pushing for the postponement of 2019 general election, so that the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, can have an ample time to restructure Nigeria.

The shocking position was made known through Funmi Adewola, who is an active member of the Buhari Media Centre.

She Posted on Facebook: “Just Asking… Can we Push for 2019 Election Postponement,, while we work on Restructuring?”

In a swift reaction however, Lere Olayinka, the Media Aide to Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, said: “See Buhari Media Centre people. They are now pushing for the postponement of 2019 Presidential elections, because Buhari cannot win. They are trying to test the waters. God will not allow your evil agenda work.”

Post-Nigeria recalls that this move came barely 24 hours after the Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai-led All Progressives Congress, APC, Committee, recommended restructuring, State Police, resource control, and referendum, ahead of the 2019 general elections.

The Committee also recommended merger of States, independent candidacy in elections, the introduction of referendum on burning national issues, the amendment of the Petroleum Act, the Land Use Act, Nigeria Minerals and Mining Act, and the Petroleum Profit Tax Act 2007, to ensure that minerals, mining and oil, are vested in the States, except for offshore minerals.
