Katsina 2015: Masari has nothing to offer – PDP Chieftain

Gambo Abdulkadir Rimi a Chieftain of the PDP in Katsina State, has insisted that the former speaker of the House of Representatives and All Progressive Congress, APC, gubernatorial candidate, Aminu Bello Masari has nothing to offer to the State urging him to stop deceiving Katsina people with political oratory.

The Chieftain in a Press statement debunked media reports accredited to the former speaker where he reportedly said, he was indebted to the State and its people.

Rimi in a three page report said such statement were mere gimmicks insisting that the former speaker had the opportunity of serving in different areas without doing anything tangible for the state.

The PDP chieftain, who is presently the Manager of Katsina State Transport Authority KTSTA, said Katsina State was not eager of the type of transformation championed by the former speaker. According to him, governor Shema has put the State on a platform of growth.

“Let me state unequivocally, that Katsina state has never had it good as it is currently witnessing under the current dispensation of our amiable governor. From 2007 to date, under the watchful eyes and upright stewardship of Governor Shema, the state has witness transformation in all sectors of its economy.”

“The state has more road networks crisis-crossing every nook and cranny, youths empowerment has been accorded top most priority, education receives deserved attention and the story is the same in all the sectors of agriculture, health care delivery.”

Still speaking, he said, Masari claimed he will ensure children of all those in his government attend public schools but we know that since his days as general manager of State Water Board, his children are attending private schools.”
