United Front: VP Sambo continues to reconcile aggrieved PDP members

Vice President Mohammed Namadi Sambo on Tuesday at the Hassan Usman Kastina House, Kaduna, Kaduna State held a peace and unity meeting with the Yobe State Chapter of the PDP family.

During the meeting, the Vice President informed all the stakeholders in the Yobe Chapter of the party that the meeting was called by President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, who had asked him to felicitate with them and congratulate them for their unflinching support to the party and his administration.

Sambo noted that for the party to emerge victorious in the state all stakeholders needed a united force.

His Words: “We want a situation where PDP in Yobe State will come out as one family and face 2015 election”

Recalling his efforts in reconciling all the aggrieved parties, the Vice President said: “the outcome of the primaries in every election normally comes with quite a number of challenges and Yobe state is not an exception.

Sambo used the opportunity to thank them for their loyalty to the party, loyalty to the president and loyalty to the party chairman, the Game Changer, Dr. Adamu Mu’azu.

Responding, Ngama, a former minister of state for finance and PDP governorship aspirant, expressed gratitude to Jonathan and Sambo for their concern for the progress of the state chapter of the party.
